Yay! My Internet is back!
Back to business, here are the reminders for tomorrow:
Soc. Sci.:
- Marianne, Pama, Lyon, Adrian, and JP (correct me if I'm wrong) are going to be teaching about the ideas that propagated during the last/end of the Industrial Revolution.
Chem.:
-Homework is to be done in a 1/2 sheet of crosswise intermediate pad:
14.15 of Ma'am textbook(Chemistry: The Central Science 11th Edition):
Consider the following hypothetical reaction:
A(aq) --> B(aq)
A flask is charged with 0.065 mol of A in a total volume of 100.0 mL. The following data are collected.
a) Calculate the number of moles of B at each time of the table, assuming that there are no molecules of B at time zero.
b) Calculate the average rate of disappearance of A for each 10-min interval, in the units of M/s.
c) Between t=10 and t=30, what is the average rate of disappearanceof B in units of M/s? Assume that the volume of the solution is constant.
Phy.:
- LT2 is now moved to the 15th of February
- Answer these questions in your notebook. These questions may also be used for consultation purposes:
Taken from the Giancolli,3rd Edition:
Page 270:
Number 5:
(I) The arm of a record player exerts a force of (1 g) x g on a record. If the diameter of the stylus is 0.0013 cm ( =0.5 mil = 0.5 x 10-3 in.) , calculate the pressure on the record groove in N/m2 and in the atmospheres.
Number 7:
(I) What is the difference in the blood pressure between the top of the head and the bottom of the feet of a 1.70-m-tall person standing vertically?
Number 10:
(II) The gauge pressure in each of the four tires of an 1800-kg automobile is 200 kPa. How much area of each tire is in contact with the ground?
Eng.:
- Long Test tomorrow about the stories. I you lost your stories, you may download them from the links here:
First Part(aka."a")\
Second Part(aka."s")
Third Part(aka."d")
Fourth Part(aka."f")
Fifth Part(aka."g")
- Don't forget to submit a bookmark with a Haiku on it by 1630 hours tomorrow to Sir Allan.
Bio.:
- Don't forget to read up on the different pheromones.
Math:
- Should be finished by tomorrow, unless you want to think about this during promenade:
HW7:
- Demonstrate on how to make a geometric pattern when given two tangent circles of unknown areas. Also, you may want to draw something inside the circles para wala lang.
Misc.:
- On the 6th of February, we will be having our outreach. Please have you reply slips signed by then because they most likelyq are also your Parent Consent Forms
- We will not be posting tomorrow, but will be after the promenade. It is so that everyone may have Saturday as a rest day.
